I thought this was very powerful-it captures what we know of JEH’s journey really well. The symbolism is great-it’s also rather poignant. I can’t help but feel that in not keeping that Hollywood door open to him Hollywood -and the world-really lost something BIG for those years that they denied him the parts worthy of his talent. Thank God though that we all get to enjoy him now. His work in Little Children and Watchmen would be the peak of other’s’ careers; it’s amazing he played those roles two years apart having been out of that side of the business for all those years. The man doesn’t hit a false note. i can’t wait to enjoy all the stuff yet to come.
